| This dress is designed and made in Australia by a costume designer in Singleton NSW. It has a 3 layed skirt; the inner layers are satin, the top layer is silk. The outer skirt has a scalloped edge, which is able to be tied up at the back for easier movement. The bodice has a square neckline, with gold and silver piping in a 'welsh lovespoon' design. The bodice has a 'V' shaped waistline which looks very slimming. The back of the dress laces up with gold threading. This wedding dress was worn with a gold/silver forehead circlet. The dress was made for a size 10 bride, but the pictures display a size 8 model. This dress is a very beautiful alternative to modern designs, and was worn in October 2009 at an outdoor |
