Absolutely Amazing and authentic Vera Wang Gemma gown. I had this dress shipped from the US at a $1500 expense as it was a last minute dress. Worn only in June 2014 this year and was dry cleaned, pressed and put in a professional museum quality storage box with acid free paper ($500 expense) to make sure this amazing dress stayed perfect for years to come.
Worn only for the Chapel and the photos which were taken outside, this dress is near perfect. Only some marks on the underskirt that didn't come out when dry cleaned as it had to have a very soft clean due to the delicacy of the fabric. I am also throwing in my crystal wedding sash, crystal ivory veil and a crinoline skirt (to stop from stepping on it and give the bottom more shape) I also had a small bustle put in. I still cant get over how great this dress is, fits like a glove and only had 1 inch taken in from the waist from the original measurements (size 4US) and keeps it full length.
I wore 6 inch heels and I am 5'5 but the dress can easily be taken up. I can post interstate at buyers own cost or if you are in Adelaide you can come see and try on, otherwise I am happy to Skpe. |
