Purchased from Launceston Bridal Shop and worn for my wedding only once. Featuring a v-neckline, it is chiffon layered with a beaded belt that accentuates your waist. Its train is sweep length and the back of the dress is an elegant lace. I found the length of that train was not cumbersome and combined with a strap under the dress that allowed me to lift the train slightly off the floor when I moved/danced, it was very comfortable to wear for the whole evening. The only modification was to hand tack the shoulders which could be untacked to return it to its original purchased size and style. I am 173cm tall and wearing my shoes which had a 6cm heel, the length was perfect so this has not been modified at all. The dress was professionally dry cleaned in the weeks after the wedding and is just like new. |
